The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 requires employers to provide whatever information, instruction, training, and supervision is necessary to ensure the health and safety of their employees, so far as is reasonably practicable.
Nobody should have to learn the hard way
Knowledge and ability can be gained in many ways. We do not want people learning the hard way through accidents, incidents, prosecutions and civil claims. By bringing health and safety to life in our sessions we can be proactive and preventative, without scaremongering and fear.
