In 2015, when the changes came about with regards to CDM 2015, Rob Anderson worked with the Head of Health and Safety (Roy Giff) and his team to create a bespoke CDM training course for Property Managers to enable them to understand and practically apply CDM to their projects.
This was also complemented by delivering training on the role of the Principal Designer and how this applies to smaller short duration construction works.
Over the years we haves trained more than 150 property managers and supported them through the application of CDM in a proportionate and pragmatic way.
